Double item purchase

While playing Ezreal , after the game had been going on for some time, I noticed that when I replaced an item, annother would dissappear and be replaced by the same new item. As you can see on my build, Muramana was sold, but still in inventory once the match was finished. The same happened with Mortal Reminder
