[Gameplay] Sion - Unstoppable Onslaught

The bug occurs only in Tournament Draft mode from my experience, as it appears to be directly related to the in-game pause feature.

Any player pausing the game while Sion's ultimate is mid-cast (e.g. the cast bar is still visible) will cause the Sion player to completely lose control of the champion until the ability has finished, once the game is resumed.

As a side-effect, Sion's overlay for Unstoppable Onslaught is also lost when this occurs.

Note: Sion does appear to uncontrollably turn in a single direction when this happens, the direction appears to be random, I've seen it turn both left and right.

To reproduce:

1. Game must be created in Tournament Draft (To allow pausing)
2. Sion begins to cast Unstoppable Onslaught
3. Game is paused while the cast bar for Unstoppable Onslaught is still visible!
4. Game is resumed
5. Sion loses the control overlay for Unstoppable Onslaught, and his cursor, until the ability finishes (via running into something)
