Renekton's W does not give multiple stacks of Guinsoo's rage (from guinsoo's rageblade)

Renektons's W attacks multiple times and should give multiple stacks of Guinsoo's rage however it only gives one. Renekton's W gives multiple stacks when he has Witt's End so I figure it should worth the same way with Guinsoo's Rageblade.
