I Never Got My Red Buff Capsule

I connected my Twitch Account to League the day I could get the capsule rewards because who doesn't want free stuff. I got my first capsule as soon as I logged in after claiming my rewards. I was supposed to automatically recieve my next capsule after 30 days, so I just played and waited. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't recieved it. How can I fix this?

Edit: It's been 2 weeks since i was supposed to recieve the Red Buff Capsule. Not 2 weeks since getting the Rift Herald Capsule.

me and my friend got our Rift Herald capsule on the same day we expected a RED BUFF capsule 30 days later , surprisingly after more then 30 days my friend got his red buff and i still didn't get it . [zombie-nunu-bummed]
