Unable to self-cast Mikael's Crucible

Like the title says, I don't know exactly after which patch, since I was able to use it before. Not sure if it is only with Mikael or the whole item self-cast in general. I'm playing in Vietnamese garena server btw. Also, I wonder why there isn't a Quick+Self-cast option for items. When I play AP mid, Mikael is better than QSS as a luxury last item, but then I have to put it on self-cast thus unable to use it on my ADC for example if that Warwick or Lissandra choose to ult him instead of me.

It depends on the type of CC you are trying to cleanse, it was meant as a support item so if you are silenced, stunned or suppressed you won't be able to activate the item. the quick self cast options should be available to bind in the options menu that comes up when hitting escape or clicking the gear button above the mini map.

Oops it's true. My bad. But still, there are quick cast and self cast, but no quick + self cast in the items section in settings like with abilities.
