Nocturne< paranoia dash to target location when dash begins instead of following target

So would normally follow the target if it moves (walk, dash, flash, etc.) before the dash of Paranoia finishes but it doesn<t anymore since 8.24. You can try youself by playing Nocturne in game, no tricky steps required. But it<s a troll pick atm :(
