Mr. Mundoverse Skin

Got a Mr. Mundoverse skin, and in the lobby/load it shows the right skin. In game my champ is clearly not Mr. Mundoverse, and this upsets me because all I want to do is throw dumbbells at people and feel the satisfaction of hearing dumbbells clink off other champs faces as I run around being swoll. instead, I'm not sure which other skin this is, but I have a syringe in my shoulder and throw normal looking (if rusty) cleavers. This is less satisfying, and upsets me. Please advise how I can rectify this and put my mundo on steroids.
