Game doesn't load to play!! Riot Fix!!!!

The last few times i try to play, i start the client, get all set up, get into the champ select, everythings going great! lots of fun n excitement, but for some reason once its time to load in, the client will go into the game, load us to 100% but wont let me go any further, then im considered abandoning the game and i get in trouble through you guys for your game not working correctly, I've tried, restarting league, restarting my laptop, reconnecting n disconnecting the net, none of these fixes that used to work are doing any good?
Starting to think about not playing anymore solely due to your bugs n issues of the game not working, stop adding stuff to the game until after you fix the issues it currently has, ive got my roomate, and other online friends that have been having the same issue.
