"Game is still in progress"

Regardless of playing Teamfight Tactics or a regular League game, whenever I start a game it simply says that but nothing happens. If I choose to close the client and reopen the client I am met with a "Reconnect" button but when pressed I get a system error message. I have tried doing the file dump for both the slow and fast option but neither of them does anything to solve the issue.

Any fix for this?
