League Store is Black
I followed all these suggestions, but still my store in game is black and I cannot buy or access anything. It has been like this for a week now.

mine has been taking forever to stop being black for the last day or so. i have to refresh it four times and then finally it gives me the last session timed out message and then shows the store. something is definitely up with it.
