(Gameplay) Lucien and blinds

I have notice as a Lucien player that i am unable to be blinded if i cast an ability right after the effect takes place. For say, Teemo blinds me, If i cast an ability my double shots will still hit as intended. Also works on Quinn's falcon. This seems unfair to many players seeing during the 3 seconds basic attacks are not suppose to land yet by cast a spell right after the effect occurs i can just wash it off like it was nothing. This give Lucien a HUGE advantage against these champion type cause they rely on that blind to be able to fight successfully in lane and especially late game.

I suggest deactivating Lucien until this bug is fixed, it will limit the number of posts you receive about this bug and prevent losses from the community for being character biased and individuals raging over power abuse.

As always I shall return to being a Skumbag and blind other ADC in the game.
