max_presence_rate and 'required password to enter room' bug

as you can see on an image link, some information - simply max_presence_rate and required password to enter room or so - keeps popping off and after couple of clicking on 'x' it gets frozen and bug report show off.

And i also can join in chat in queues.

This has been going on for over a month and freezes my client in champ select sometimes cause me to dodge. why is it taking so long to fix this

I get the enter room one as well but couldn't care less. Quality of life improvement xD No more salty peeps in my end screens.

it’s so annoying - it’s been happening to me for about a month now and i just wish it was fixed already.
