Revive in game?

So I just played a game with a lower level friend and we met this player who still had the summoner spell revive. I took a screenshot from the match history page. Everyone else in game saw it too, including the enemy team. The image is linked.

There's a bug where if you had revive as an active summoner when it was removed and never changed it you can still have it.

Be careful with showing names of players on the boards, there's some rule with it
