I logged in today and everything I had in hextech is gone. Is this a bug or did I miss something?

Don't know about that, but I opened a chest today, it did not show anything inside, I switched tabs, nothing. Then relogged into account: Chest gone, Key gone and no loot. Thanks Riot

Hello. Are you certain? Maybe you got an icon or ward? It has happened to me several times and I've always received loot. Twice a gem was part of the loot and at least one was a legendary but that is beside the point.

Do you have more information about this? Being a software professional myself, I can attest that context is crucial. Were you doing this while in queue? hat did you do just prior to this? Did you see the full animation? This is just a few of the many questions (and answers) that could help the dev team.

Pretty late reply, soz. Anyway, a day after it seemed to have fixed itself. Guess it was a visual (not sure) bug but it resolved itself so I have no qualms about it anymore.

OP, I am unaware... I've never heard of this happening.Have you tried to "initiate full repair" from the options?
