Urgot passive indicator bug

The indicator on Urgot 's passive, echoing flames, is not working. The light on each leg is supposed to be up when the passive is ready for this leg but at the start of the game some of them or all of them will not show up. I had played two matches last night and the problem only happens at the start of the game. (Also I think it happens on every skin)

Same here (i played as urgot and against urgot, both times didnt see the indicators at the start, but after a few uses they start showing again)
