Katarina spells not working

So I recently played a normal game as Katarina. Wasn't my best game anyway, but for some reason, right before a team fight at dragon (deftly avoided as we took it and ran) my Q wouldn't work. I couldn't finish dragon any faster because I couldn't hit it with a Q. Manually click casting didn't work either. It didn't work on wolves, minions, or enemy champions. After another team fight, my ult stopped as well. The problem ceased after I died, but before then, disconnecting and reconnecting didn't help. Has anybody else encountered this issue?
