Taurtis - Where the fuck did nasus come from?

We don't get the teleport indicator at all when Nasus teleports behind us. Here's a screenshot of the teleport happening in the in client replay system. https://imgur.com/a/ir77yiz

Is that a normal ward or controller ward I can't really tell from the pic. Dunno if that effects it.

And the client side replay shows everything at all times, unless toggled off but I think it's all on by default.
