Riot please help me. I log on today and find out that my elementalist skin is missing. Why? First i see that my icons are gone. Then i check my profile. I go to champ select to see if i have the skin, and there it is, locked. Why did this happen? I go to my purchase history and see that i did have it (my good friend gifted me it). What do i do now? Is anybody else having this problem?
Deep Terror Nami4 votesIf you lost content that was gifted to you, your friend probably got a chargeback and Riot took the RP and banned his account (at least until he paid it back). Any items he used that RP on will be returned, including gifts.
If you can contact this friend you should ask about it, otherwise you can submit a Support Ticket.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesCorrect. I suppose they could possibly issue a chargeback after being permabanned for something else, though. Otherwise, purchased content stays where it's at with a permabanned account, as it was paid for and delivered.
