Spectator Bug?

I don't know if this is happening to anyone but i've been getting a annoying pop up "Spectator data has failed." and never allows me to watch games ever since the Rek'sai patch. Is there any way to fix this problem or if riot has something to do with this is/or planning to fix?

Hi vHiddenDream,

Can you attempt a spectate, then upload the r3d log from C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Logs\R3DLogs?
