Ok, So I was playing singed and I fliped a guy on toplane near tribush wall, and after that I flashed right next to him and he wasnt able to move. After that I asked my friend to try it in custom and same thing happend. I dont know if that is really a bug that happens all the time or is it "one time bug" ? But anyways I want to report it :D
Post a video or at least a screenshot. Would help a lot.
There's plenty of ways you can get people stuck as of recent. A couple examples.
J4 Flag, either yourself or an opponent can get stuck between a wall and your flag. Irelia Dash, sometimes causes both you and your opponent to get stuck inside eachother. Diana Dash, ^
And as you say, Singed and Voli flipping into a wall can get them stuck. It's just. Very unlikely and precise, but. It's frustrating to say the least when it does happen.
