[GAMEPLAY] Kindred passive broken on nexus siege

Was in a game of nexus siege, when the teams switched i was unable to mark anyone, the tray for it would occasionally appear and disappear like normal but i couldn't mark anyone during the second round, as well as caitlyn's icon on the tray being grayed out the whole time. Not 100% sure how to reproduce it, i think i had just either killed someone as the game ended when they were marked or they were on cooldown for being marked.
