Poppy Immune to gnars w and q

If poppy is dashing towards mega gnar she can travel through his w (stun) and q (boulder) as if shes flashing. Also w does not stun her if it hits it only applies the damage. I even landed a stun on thresh and poppy mid game, both champions taking damage but the stun only applying to thresh. While in mini gnar form all skills work fine, and Gnars ultimate works fine as well.

If Poppy's already cast Heroic Charge, she can't be stunned out of it in the same way that other movement abilities work. Hitting her with Wallop or Boulder Toss won't stop her in her tracks. However, I believe that displacement abilities would disrupt Poppy's dash - you'd just need really good timing. That's why Gnar's ult will disrupt it.
