Unable to connect to the login queue.

I started getting this error about a week ago. I hadn't played in a while and just updated LOL. Once the update finished, I tried to login but this error came up. I followed the instructions provided but it didn't work. I thought it might go away if I waited but its been a week. Anyone know anything?
