You get stacks from hitting champions with all your spells so it could be that?
Were you hitting champions with your abilities? If so, read his passive.
If you were getting AP for hitting minions with your W, then that is a bug.
If you're getting stacks by killing minions with W, then that's a bug.
But hitting champions with ANY ability gives you stacks now; read his passive.
Your Dank Matter should only stack against champions being hit by it. So maybe it's a bug.
