Remake isnt working??

Duo qued in ranked Friend realizes he has wrong runes and alt f4 loading screen Loads into game and his character moves to center of nexus (to signal didnt connect to game) 3 minutes comes around and "can only remake game if player fails to connect to game" tell him what happened and make him reload into game 5 minutes in we lose. gives no option to honor him, shows him with an X over champion to signal he didnt connect/ finish the match, and gives him a leaver buster and a "you shouldnt quit games type I agree"

so in other words he didnt disconnect enough to cause a remake but disconnected enough to get a warning and not be eligable for honors?? Hello??? riot fix your shit
