Recall Vfx and Finisher Vfx not working whatsoever

So yeah since i play a lot of nexus blitz i decided to buy both with my tokens before saving for the poro... i buy one, get the mission, put on the icon and play a game, then i complete the play one nexus blitz mission to unlock the finisher, I go into another game, i got 27 kills that game, the finisher never appeared at all... (had the icon on) 3 games with icon on and still no finisher... some say you shouldn't need the icon since, well there's 2 so you'd need to chose between the 3 of em so i bought the recall one too, put on the icon, play a game for the mission, play another with the recall icon, recalled and nothing has changed, no finisher, no recall, been nearly a day now and still none of those shows icon on or off doesnt change anything

Help?
