[GAMEPLAY] Jhin Ult camera moves when ulting in sidelanes.

On Jhin, when you ult in the top or bottom lane, the camera moves away from the edge of the map, no longer centering Jhin. This only happens when ulting in a side lane with a 21:9 widescreen monitor. I've included a screenshot of this happening.

1. Play Jhin on a 21:9 ultrawide monitor.
2. Walk Top or Bot.
3. Ult and watch the camera move away from your champion, robbing you of kills and lp.

This has happened every time I've tried it, and other 21:9 users on Reddit have confirmed they're experiencing the same problem.
