Cant accept ready up.

i did team builder today as my first match and i was sitting in a full lobby with everyone ready up. i thought we weren't finding a match since i was able to still type and check my profile i assumed it was taking to long and i left and went to start a new search but it turns out i was in a match so i ended up joining last minute when they reach our nexus so i apologized to my team everyone was cool about it (surprisingly). and then i decided to just to ranked with a friend and we would start the search and it just wouldn't pop up for me he kept telling me to accept but i couldn't since i never got the notification to hit accept. this went on i assumed i was missing it or looking away or something but by the end of all this i got a ban for 30 mins and now every time i try to search or join anything i keep getting banned for a good while. so i just hope you guys know what the problem is and if anyone can tell me how to solve it.
