A Password is required to enter this room popup, does not go away!
This popup keeps on coming up constantly! "A password is required to enter this room" I believe it first popped up in the new patch. Anyone else have this?

same thing keeps happening to me. i hope they fix this its annoying
Go to your settings in the client, and initiate full repair. See if that fixes. (Its under general on the client.)
It happens to me too!! Everytime after a match ends, it restict me from having the chat at the end of the game. Im actually exploring the board to see this particular problem if other experiencing as well
I have no history of this issue nor any client lag until a recent patch was installed. Now I am experiencing both. Please note that I have done the full repair twice. Powercycled. I've ensured my drivers and OS are up to date. I've done everything short of uninstalling/reinstalling league. I experience no in-game issues, just the client. I have tried using low spec client mode also to no avail. I don't hear other players in game complaining about client lag or this error message, but I do hope this is being caused by something that is in the works to be repaired Riot-side. Wanted to share in case this help any riot staff that may see.
Edit: I forgot to mention when I say client, that does of course include the store/etc. and champ select - which is arguably the worst part since it interferes with important early communication and the time I have to set up runes, summs, and/or reroll in ARAMs.
Yep its happening with my client too, cant click the x as the popup just immediately comes back. I get two, exactly the same one on top of the other. Falls directly over my game advanced details tab. Getting ridiculously annoying now, been here for quite a while now.
