Warwick Unplayable [Gameplay Bug]

Warwick's Q has stopped healing against enemy champions. At first I thought that I was getting auto'd at the same time, but no it simply does not heal vs champion. Warwick's Q healing works against minions still just not champions. This would be fine if there were no other healing bugs. When Luden's Echo is in your possession as Warwick you only receive healing for the portion of damage done by Luden's. This meant that I was healing for 80 health rather than the 320 I was supposed to be receiving. Together this makes AP Warwick not playable as you cannot use your heal on champions or itemize effectively. Edit: It turns out the reason Warwicks Q was not healing was because I had the spellblade item. Warwicks Q seems to be buggy when it procs another effect. So when I was Q'ing with spellblade I received no healing and instead received gold. This would also explain why I was only healing for Luden's damage
