This is a Graves glitched involving Essence Reaver and Statik Shiv, I'm just posting a bug for Riot, if anyone can submit this, that would be great!

I actually had the same bug occur, but I didn't have essence reaver, so I think it's actually just tied to the statikk shiv.

It's only Statikk Shiv and Graves Pool Party skin that does that
