[SPECTATOR] Can't double click champion's portrait to center camera on them

First off, sorry if "[SPECTATOR]" isn't the right tag to put in my post, but this "bug" is only associated with spectating games.

Anyway, as the title suggests, whenever spectating a friend, I can't double click a champion's portrait (the vertical one's on either side of the screen) in order to center / lock the camera onto that champion like I used to be able to do. This obviously isn't anything game breaking, however as someone who spectates games quite frequently, after becoming used to this feature it is rather annoying trying to utilize it and having it not work.
