"Attempting to reconnect"

Getting an "Attempting to reconnect" message regularly in every game on every mode, it happens every 3-5 or so minutes. Can't control my champion, minions are stuck and don't do any damage etc. The client is fine, the loading screen works, I can connect to every game, but I get random and often disconnects during the game that last 30 second to 1 minute

Tested my internet in other games, never had any issues. I was pinging the EUW server for 20 minutes and had 0 packet loss, normal ping. https://i.imgur.com/F3evwSJ.png

The game was working fine before the 9.14 patch, nothing has changed on my computer, the number of devices connected to my internet have always been the same for months, I don't have an antivirus, firewall is disabled, no viruses on my computer, ports forwarded, DNS set up, game files verified, the problem is still here.

I'm 100% sure this is Riot's servers fault so that's why I'm writing this here.

Right-click somewhere in that command prompt (or click the top left corner of the window's title bar) and choose "Mark." Then click and drag to select the desired text. Then hit Enter. This copies the selection to the clipboard, and you can now paste it as text without needing to bother with an image host.

This has been happening to me as well. I have reinstalled my client, restarted my computer, updated drivers, disabled windows defender and malwarebytes, run league of legends as administrator reinstalled as administrator. Starting realize its not my problem but Riot. I am confused as the game was running fine yesterday. The only difference is that windows 10 had a antivirus patch which is not affecting any of my other games or programs. As I said earlier I ahve also turned off anything that can potentially be related to the antivirus patch.
