[GAMEPLAY] Blitz interrupting Fizz E

Blitz can knockup Fizz while he's entering his E. It doesn't look like this is intentional as you can see Fizz having a seizure midair. You also get the dmg from the E when the knockup is over (aka land), which doesn't really make sense as it proves that the movement of the E is cancelled but the dmg and slow is still applied. It would be like interrupting a zac E midair but he will still get the knockup on the target location. Blitz E should be updated so it works as an empowered AA instead of an activatable pointandclick ability because it gives it unlucky interactions like this.

This happened twice in this game, and as you can see it screwed me over in this occasion. I was actually planning to E flash and this happened.
