Pentakill Karthus Glitch

The Pentakill Karthus skin doesnt play any of the quotes PERIOD. I've gone into multiple games and it doesnt play any quotes at all. Please fix this, thank you.

This isn't a skin based glitch. It's a Karthus glitch. There's been countless threads already started that have notified Riot of this issue.
