Can't Update Windows 10, nor can I install League of Legends After Uninstalling

Windows 10 Update required me to uninstall League of Legends. I complied and let it continue. It asked me again to uninstall League of Legends. I couldn't uninstall it because it was already uninstalled. So I decided to reinstall, in case the uninstall was messed up or something. PvP.net Patcher Kernel immediately refuses to work and instantly crashes when I try to run it. So now I have a computer that is stuck refusing to update because it desperately wants me to uninstall a game I already uninstalled (and since I'm forced to update Windows 10 it constantly bugs me about it), and a game that refuses to install because reasons. I am very flustered and can't seem to figure out the solution. I have searched everywhere on my computer for any reference to League of Legends (deleting even my music), checked the regedit (and then realized that League is self-contained and not in the registry), and, of course, restarting. My next option is to essentially factory-reset my computer. Google and the League forums haven't yielded any results. Help?

Contact tech support through a ticket. They are awesome with this kinda stuff. It may take up to two days to get your first response from them but it's very worth. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

p.s. don't bump your ticket until you get your first actual reply back. Doing so before that will send you back to the end of the line.

Erm, that's abit weird that it asked you to uninstall league. Are you sure it was the real Windows 10? U probably tried this, but I'll say it just incase it workd. If you go on the league site and click "install" an option to completely delete it appears. Other than that I'd suggest restarting the computer and then filing for a support ticket.
