[Gameplay] A lot of things turned blue, not normal colours anymore

As you can see, a lot of the things in game are blue or not the correct colour. Sorry for potato quality, butyou should see what im talking about. Things such as my Q/W and Yasuo's Q/W and minion attacks are off colour and blue-ish. This happened on my first game on today.
