mouse buttons not working on league and random frame drops

Hey, Just today I got a new PC, it has 16gb of memory(RAM) and a nvidia GTX1050 graphics card and on top of that a seventh gen i7 core. I installed league got into game and noticed that my mouse buttons that were bound on my old PC did not work. I tested the mouse buttons in BDO (another game) and they worked just fine. Similarly with the fps drops when playing league i can run 160 fps solid but every so often my computer would have frame drops without registering the drop in the frames counter. It then proceeded to freeze a couple of times, to which I seemed to have fixed with disabling the windows game bar.

I would appreciate some help as my severely under powered computer was able to run LOL better.

I love how Riot is not responding to any of the frame rate bug issues. Like if they ignore it we'll all go away. Fucking cute

Bumping this thread. Had this occur to me in a demotion series not 10 minutes ago. Playing on a Razer Deathadder. About 20 minutes into the game I started experiencing a massive frame rate drop.... like, 144 fps > 12 fps at random moments. After that, my right click just stopped working. I swapped to a wireless mouse that I use for work and experienced the same issue. No right click, lag in the input response time.

So glad because we were winning that game too.....
