I was playing Kat and for a ten minute period I couldn't use my q, my ult, or recall back to base. My keyboard wasn't the issue, I tried hot keying my abilities to other keys. I tried reconnecting but that didn't change anything either. Then suddenly everything just started working again.
Windows 7.
This just happened to me.
My Q and Recall did not work. And pressing Enter would toggle windowed/full screen mode.
The second part was fixed by pressing Cntrl+Alt+Del. The first part remained, lost a ranked game.
Also, Left click would make a blue ping appear wherever I chose to click until I did Cntrl+Alt+Del.
