Gragas "Q" Bug

Typical day learning mechanics, today's was gragas: Bug:Gragas spell Q (Barrel Roll) stopped working was glitched on the description of recast, had no information about cost of spell, no cool down information, and no information about damage. Somewhere around 12 mins into the game i lost ability to cast spell, also lost ability to interact with shop.
