kindred passive bug - gameplay

in a game i had earlier her passive bugged out. i cleared jungle camps with the mark on them, but didn´t get any stacks after the first one. after clearing five marked jungle creeps without getting stacks i got a kill on a marked enemy. that gave me a stack, and after that the jungle stacks worked again. it has only happened to me once, and i don´t have any footage to help. enemy kindred´s stacks worked fine and no i didn´t go for her stacks.

Was it in One for All or Blind Pick?

You said that there was an Enemy Kindred so I am assuming it is Blind Pick. Remember that the only creeps that Wolf will mark are in your enemies jungle and Scuttlecrab. Were the jungle camps you were taking in your jungle, and you could possibly have mistaken the opposing Kindred's jungle camps for your own?
