League updater going past the required mb download and into -mins for the ETA.

Been going like this for a while, left it open for a while and it still hasn't done anything, I've tried restarting my PC, moving the league directory, everything except for straight up reinstalling it, which i really don't want to do because my internet connection is shit and that would take a whole 2 days or so. Pls help
