Champ select stopping at 0

There seems to be an issue with the legacy client. My first "leave early penalty" of the year has just occurred due to the timer on my opponent reaching 0 but the client did not load further. According to my chat everyone quit the room while I was stuck in and forced to disconnect two minutes of waiting later. Attempting to log out also gave an error. Everything else on my computer was functioning without any problems or interruptions.
