[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser's new Ultimate Visual Screen Effect Stays If You Die while He Casts it On You

I noticed in my last ranked game that Mord casted his ult on me as I died. However, the eerie grey-scale map discoloration stayed after I respawned until I was ulted by him again then it fixed itself. Makes vision on the outer edges of the screen difficult to see a times.
