Got disconnected from a game, wont let me back in

I was playing a normal game on summoners rift, when about 40 minutes into the game, everything randomly froze and when i left the game, it wouldnt let me reconnect. it just let me queue up again. There was no reconnect button or anything. None of the sites like lolking or anything said i was in a game either. There seems to be no history of this game even happening for me. I just finished another game, and still nothing. No signs of it in my match history, and none of the people from the game are in my "recently played" section on the friends list.
