120 second warding totem from start of the game

when i start the game and get a warding totem , it says that it will last 120 seconds (instead of 60 before lvl 9 ) , and it does. it happens with every champion that i use.

edit: patch 5.5, still says that it will last 120 seconds in the start of the game, but only lasts 60 seconds.
