my game is bugged...

soo I hit lvl 50 last night and I logged off and I logged on first thing I noticed was my rune pages were deleted and they wouldn't save after I save them and log out and back in there reset again also I have 35 owned champions not counting free rotation champions ive also done draft and ranked games before but apparently I cant do any of those now cuz it says I must own 20 champs or more but I do and also I don't even get any xp in blind games when I play them and to top it all off I cant even acess my emote page and idk what to do ive tried uninstalling and installing game tried troubleshooting the problem and ive sent multiple reports in but no answer back pls help :(
