Trundle W- Frozen Domain bug

When coming back into lane with Trundle, I like to throw down frozen domain for the movement speed buff. I've noticed, however, that if I try to lead it so I get the maximum movement speed distance, Trundle actually stops outside of the domain and takes a couple steps in place before moving into it as if I got spell binded my morgana or something. If I place it in an area where I'm already inside the domain, there's no pause or anything and I move smoothly. I feel this should be addressed because it could cause problems in game if I'm trying to escape and I place it too far in front of me and get punished or killed because of it. It hasn't happened yet because I usually am thinking about the bug, but still I usually feel jipped cause I don't get the full benefit of the ability.
