/Remake

Is /Remake bugged? Or does DDoS just mess with it so that it makes it so that the team with the player that got DDoS'ed can't remake? cause I just had a game were we should have had a remake because a member didn't connect but the remake prompt never came up. we then went on to lose that game due to it being a 4v5. I reported all the players on the other team if I ever suspect DDoS as I think this might be the case. lets just say that the I'm in plat and the other teams team comp was bronze 5... basically the only way they could win is if we were a man down... how convenient.
