Devourer wolf blocking movement

Today I was playing Volibear w/ Devourer and got stuck on the mini wolf that follows you around. It was between tier 2 mid turret and the left exit into the jungle just before it. The turret proceeded to kill me after a chase from which I would have made it out alive. Notlikethis.
